ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Now recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing manufacturing company for an Accounting leader. This critical, highly visible role will be responsible for a variety of functions, including:

• Month end close
• Supervising two staff
• Cost Accounting/Analysis
• Financial reporting support
• Driving Process Improvements
• Variance Analysis
• Inventory analysis
• Financial Analysis

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4-8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing accounting and finance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Cost Accounting experience
• Supervisory experience
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• Superior communication skills and proven ability to build relationships and support Operations
• Desire for ongoing career growth
• History of job stability required for consideration
• Track record of career progression
