Job Description

Vaco is seeking a high-volume Accounts Payable (A/P) superstar for an immediate job opportunity in Valencia!

This is a new position due to growth for a publicly traded healthcare company. They are looking for someone to start right away for this contract-to-hire role. They may also consider candidates who are seeking direct-hire opportunities.

What you need for this role:

  • 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable
  • Experience with expense report reimbursement
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
  • Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
  • MS Excel, Navision & Dynamics are a plus
  • Concur is a plus
  • Versatility and flexibility

Along with one other A/P Coordinator, responsibilities will include:

  • Processing approximately 700 invoices/month
  • Processing approximately 125 T&E reimbursements/month
  • Additional projects as assigned by HR & Accounting, such as assisting with payroll / HR / vacation accruals and answering employee questions on benefits
