To facilitate processes for all Ravago Americas Company A/P Coordinators.


Daily Duties:
• Opening incoming mail for accounts payable dept
• Filing of A/P invoices
• Pulling of invoices for check runs
• Preparation of check runs for signing purposes
• Stuffing of envelopes and mailing of check runs
• Scanning of payments into ImageQuest online archive system
• Verification and logging of said payments
• Preparation and mailing of UPS/FedEx shipments as needed
• Arranging of luncheons and special events for office
• Completing documents such as credit applications and sales tax exemption certificates
• All vendor setups as well as maintenance of vendor database
• Maintenance of W9 retention
• 1099 processing
• Maintenance of company credit references and contact lists

Periodic Duties:
• Pull backup for auditors
• Special projects as needed

• Willingness and ability to clearly explain issues with multiple departments.

• Pays attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ensures that activities and tasks are handled correctly and completed on time.

Internal: A/P Coordinators, various management personnel as well as several other depts


• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
• Detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Good at multitasking
• 2 yrs experience in an office environment
