Our client, located near Woodbridge, NJ is adding a Accounts Payable Administrator to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the Accounting Department and perform accounting and clerical duties related to accounts payable transactions.
  • Processing all company invoices in order to send out weekly payments to vendors, reviewing invoices for accuracy and working to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintaining all payment records and managing the day-to-day payment cycle in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle any vendor inquiries, and other related A/P duties.
  • Reconcile and process expense reports as well as Bank reconciliations.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Min. 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of the A/P procedures
  • Experience with Axapta/D365 preferred
