Vaco Staffing is currently seeking Accounts Payable candidates for a contract opportunity with a lead distributor in Cordova, TN.

The ideal candidate would perform tasks related to efficient processing of accounts payable transactions including, but not limited to, verifying and processing payment vouchers and matching purchase orders to invoices for payment. Accounts payable specialists should have experience processing high volume invoices, 3-way match and BOL experience is mandatory.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Logistics experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Working knowledge of Oracle or ERP's, desired
• Analytical skills and researching abilities
• Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree, preferred
• Must have experience processing a high volume of invoices including batch invoices, freight invoices, BOLs, POs, 3-way match, and debits/credits
