Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
  • Process invoices from multiple vendors and reconciling purchasing orders to vendor invoices
  • Debiting, crediting, and totaling accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Full Cycle AP (matching, batching, coding) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be organized with an ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs, as needed.
  • Proficient MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) as well as the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Software knowledge preferred (i.e. SAP, GreatPlains, QuickBooks, MAS90, or SAGE)

Job Requirements
