Job Description

Our client, located North West Indianapolis, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a contract to hire role!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Processes invoices and prepares checks for payment according to approved schedule maximizing use of discounts and other financial savings.

* Communicates with vendors concerning payment inquiries.

* Provides Accounting Supervisor with various financial reports daily.

* Reconciles checkbook to bank balance daily.

* Posts cash receipts to customers' accounts daily.

* Assists Accounting Supervisor with miscellaneous special projects.

* Prepares monthly accrual listing.

* Prepares monthly inventory adjustment.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
