Job Description

Our client, located in Parsippany, NJ is adding a Accounts Payable Specialist to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Preparing Reports, Analyzing invoices and Purchase orders, reconciling accounts and P.O.'s
  • Schedule and prepare Checks, Credit Card Payments, Fund Tranfers, reconciling payments, discrepancies, credits and preparing reports.
  • Collecting, organizing and distributing incoming mail, office filing and other general office tasks.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
  • Min. 2-3 years A/P expereince
  • Proficient with accounting software
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
