Job Description

What you will be doing in this Accounts Payable Manager Role:

  • Managing accounting functions including accounts payable, the accuracy of reports, and invoice entries
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies
  • Managing financial records for month-end close
  • Interacting with the Company's auditors and managing and responding to all requests associated with the AP function
  • Monitoring spending for adherence to budget and identifying variances

What you need for this Accounts Payable Manager Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP
  • Accounting Software experience (Great Plains)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
