• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Can work in fast paced environment and can meet tight deadlines
• Indepdendent worker and requires little supervision
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, quick learner, multi-tasker, and takes on new responsibilities

• All areas of accounts payable
• Processing payments via wire
• Post cash receipts
• Process yearly 1099 reporting
• Help with preparing cash reports
• Keep track of credit activity and monitor bank activity
• Assisting in GL close process and other accounting tasks
