Job Description

We have a stable client in Anaheim area seeking to hire a new Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This position will report to an Accounting Manager and facilitate the AP disbursement process. It's a fun industry to be in and has a great company culture.

Accounts Payable Specialist

  • AP experience with high volume
  • Check runs, reporting, accruals, cost center allocations, & GL reconciliations
  • Data entry and accuracy are important
  • Position will be groomed to grow into other roles for future career development
  • Strong systems skills - Oracle is ideal
  • Strong communication, management, and leadership skills.
