As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will work with customers to ensure receivables represented accurately and collected in a timely manner.

Additional responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk include:

  • Make customer contacts daily
  • Set up payment arrangements with customers
  • Review invoices and work with plants/billing and customers to ensure balances are correct
  • Assist with A/R related Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Research payments and applications
  • Collect Returned Checks
  • Match and Apply open transactions
  • Run Reports on errors exceptions, and transaction balancing

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Accounts Receivable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse workload
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
  • Previous experience in Business to Business Collections or Accounts Receivable a plus
  • Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office a plus
