Job Description

We are seeking Accounts Receivable Specialists with experience on the Accounting side of things. What's required of you:

• Some Accounts Receiable experience
• Accounting Degree or Certification preferred
• An Accounting-focused mind set

Responsibilities include:

• All aspects of Accounts Receivable and Chargebacks
• Heavy emphasis on researching, reconciling and disputing charge-backs
• Resolve deductions and payment discrepancies
• Applying open invoices and credits to payments received
• Reconciling large customer accounts
• Preparing weekly reports for management
• Data Management and Manipulation in Excel
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to effectively communicate through phone and email is required
• Detail oriented and self motivated
