Our client is ACTIVELY AND QUICKLY looking to add another Accounts Receivable Specialist to their growing team!

Job duties included:

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
  • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Must have SAGE Intaact Software
  • High volume accounts which are evenly split between team members
  • All B2B account management, corporate billing/collections


  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-5 years of collections and AR experience
  • SAGE Intaact experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Hands on experience in full scale ERP software (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts receivable systems
  • Big Box experience a plus
