Job Duties:

  • Provides advanced administrative activities and special projects for assigned manager/director and team.
  • Prepares external/internal correspondence, presentations, manages calendars, reviews emails, and flags priorities, researches, compiles, and analyzes reports.
  • Acts and/or responds to correspondence on behalf of the assigned manager/director.
  • Attends meetings to take comprehensive notes or to present information.
  • Resolves highly complex problems requiring information from multiple sources.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate on behalf of the assigned manager/director.
  • Deals with confidential issues using discretion and judgment.
  • Develops, monitors, investigates, and reconciles budgets; fixes discrepancies.
  • Coordinates meetings, events, travel arrangements, meeting materials and room set-up (e.g. order refreshments, copy meeting materials, etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that include drafting correspondence, presentations, and other materials as well as editing materials.
  • Ability to research, interpret, and analyze information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Identifies opportunities, proposes solutions, and takes lead to implement changes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Exercises discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated professionalism.
  • Strong proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
