Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level accounting assistant for a busy accounts payable team! This is a full-time, temp-hire position with room for growth, and will be responsible for hands-on accounting functions on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Distribute mail to the Accounting department
  • Scan invoices to the billing team
  • Pull invoices for check runs
  • Match checks to invoices
  • Pull invoices for Purchase Orders receipts
  • File documents
  • Perform special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • H/S Diploma required, Associates degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years experience working in a fast-paced administrative setting
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
