Job Description

Our Client is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Olive Branch, MS. You will be responsible for providing administrative and office support to a department, service line or local brokerage services department or specialized team. The majority of duties are administrative in nature with minimal focus on marketing/business development support.

Run and prepare reports:

Run and send customer monthly reports

Adjust the CMI customer liability portion of reports

Run monthly shipment reports and other custom reports

Website Admin:

Assist entering tracking #'s, new styles, colors, price changes etc.

Access images for website additions, process graphic requests

Sales/Customer Service

Answer customer phone calls and enter orders when needed

Expedite RUSH orders through the system

Order forms and brochures

Order office supplies as needed

Process new vendor set-ups and coordinate with accounts payable

Maintain trade agreements, and product and vendor descriptions

New styles, follow up to make sure prices are entered and styles activated

Admin Support

Prepare and process exec expense reports

Process and file invoices, budget tracking

Prepare sales team meeting logistics, food, and travel

Trade show set-up, coordinate booth, supplies, signage, and shipping

Manage executives' calendars


Excellent communication skills

Expediting skills

Proven organizational and time management skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to work all levels of the organization

Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint, Outlook, AX
