We're looking for a great Project Billing/Administrative Coordinator for a growing Construction Company in Dawnsonville, GA. This is a combo billing/administrative role and related experience in the Construction industry is required for consideration. This is a direct-hire position.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

Input personnel time
Input job expenses
Process billing to ensure that client invoices are billed accurately, consistently and timely
Complete needed forms including G702-703 etc.
Follow up on receivables
Review contracts to assure projects are set up and billed correctly
Proper approval and reporting of write-downs and non-billable charges and other adjustments
Research and resolve billing issues with project managers and/or clients
Process Lien releases, prequel forms, CCIP enrollments, closeout documents etc.
Obtain business licenses and related paperwork
Request Certificates of insurance as needed
Support the front office as a back-up with answering phones and special projects
Other miscellaneous admin functions

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of project coordination and administrative experience with a construction, surveying or architectural firm
Proficient with Excel, MS Word and Outlook
Must be detail oriented and be able to prioritize work
Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be familiar with AIA documents and pay apps
