Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with company located in Indianapolis to fill a Construction Administrative Assistant.

This is a full time / direct hire position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Putting together Contracts.
  • Process and track invoices.
  • Request and track bonds, insurance certificates, and other contract related documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support C-level management of Construction Operations.
  • Provides Administrative Support to Construction Services team as requested.
  • Special Projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to use various contract/project management systems. Prior experience of AIA is a plus.
  • Prior use of Salesforce and NetDocs a plus.
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office.
  • Prior administrative support in a construction or legal environment a plus.
