Job Description

We here at Vaco OC are currently recruiting for a stellar administrative assistant for our client located in Irvine, CA. This position would be contract and the person in the position would need to have great excel knowledge as well as a "can-do" attitude who isn't afraid on the phones.

What you will be doing:
-Respond to incoming emails and phone calls from customers in an effort to assist them in purchasing through their network of websites.
-Validate and completing (credit) request.
-Track customers issues and escalating them to the Manager.
-Set up and maintenance of Lead Treatments (EMM, Lead Call, ABT Connect).
-Perform administrative duties relating to contract administration.
-Provide assistance in projects related to new project implementation and feedback on process improvements.
