Vaco Staffing Atlanta has a new administrative assistant / data entry specialist role in Marietta (East Cobb) for one of our favorite clients. This is a temp to perm role role that could be ideal for a return to work caregiver or an administrative professional that is looking for a stable 8-5 job. Proximity to our cleints East Cobb location (Johnson Ferry and Paper Mill Rd will be considered).

Responsibilities

  • Entering data into excel & accounting systems
  • Verifying critical information
  • Accurately post all sales
  • Process inventory paperwork (note training will be provided)
  • Other duties as required and assigned
Requirements
  • Some administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Close proximity to our client's East Cobb location
  • Immediate availability
