Job Description

This is an urgent need for an administrative assistant for a small corporate office in the New Albany area. This is an opportunity to work with great people in a small, close knit corporate office. The idea candidate will be front-facing and friendly!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Liaise with executive and senior employees to handle requests and queries
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office software(Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications
