Administrative Assistant opportunity!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • STRONG organizational skills and experience in office management (i.e. tracking system to stay on top of contracts)
  • Maintain central filing system and respond to correspondences in a timely manner
  • Self-motivated with a desire to see tasks all the way through to completion
  • Computer proficiency in various software programs for typing reports, business letters, memorandums, and presentations
  • Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Typing: 50 wpm
  • Accounts payable experience is required
  • Accounting background is a plus
  • Prepare and process vendor contracts, check requests, bonds, expense reports, and invoices when required
  • Serve as liaison between the office equipment vendors and division for all office equipment needs
  • Assist with the compilation of Budget Review Packages and run all necessary JDE Reports.
  • Must possess a professional attitude to represent the company positively

Education & Additional Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills: written and verbal
  • Accepts constructive criticism
  • Follows directions well
  • Valid Driver's license
