Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Human Resources department.


  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate all new hire pre-employment testing and background verifications
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Provide assistance with reports and presentations associated with the HR department
  • Assist members of the HR department with projects and clerical duties
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers


  • Solid knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma required; college experience preferred
