Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a Financial Services company to fill an Administrative Assistant!

Our client is seeking a full time administrative professional to support a successful financial services team. This position requires problem solving capability, excellent organization skills, and high attention to details.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
* Answer and screen telephone calls.
* Process incoming and outgoing mail.
* Make copies, light filing duties.
* Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
* Researching and routing all correspondence; drafting letter and documents.
* Prepares staff for meetings, presentations and coordinates with staff on needed research.
* Coordinates, confirms and maintains scheduling of appointments, including travel arrangements.
* 5 -7 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with experience preferably in the financial services industry
Bachelor's Degree a plus
Intermediate or Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
