Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, professional, polished Administrative Assistant who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a fast-paced team. To be successful in this position, this individual must possess a sense of urgency and a proven ability to work in a very fast-paced environment; exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and business professionalism, as this person will be dealing with senior-level consultants and clients on a daily basis.

  • 2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience a must, preferably in a staffing/recruiting agency environment
  • Associates' or Bachelors' degree necessary
  • Strong experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must maintain a sense of flexibility and professionalism in an ever-changing, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail required
