As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support on a daily basis. You will provide support to all departments throughout the organization as well as outside clients and guests.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

* Answering phones and monitoring email inbox

* Filing, scanning, copying

* Creating and editing documents in MS Office

* Data entry into company database

* Calendar management

* Planning meetings and ordering supplies

* Distributing incoming mail and responsible for outgoing mail


* Bachelor's Degree

* Proficiency in MS Office - including Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM/Database experience

* Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and initiative

* Prior experience in as an administrative assistant
