Job Description

This primary responsiblity of this role is creating and organizing client files for a lending company, as part of the loan intake process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for monitoring incoming deal flow
  • Working as a liaison between the production and underwriting staff
  • Confirm receipt of information required to assign loan requests
  • Set-up and organize loan folders
  • Prepare preliminary loan onboaring intake forms
Required Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of basic loan and financial concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Input data using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in an Administrative role, preferably in a financial company
