Job Description:

Orlando construction company is seeking a sharp Administrative Assistant to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, advanced typing skills, and at least 1 year of construction industry experience.

Candidate must provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year construction industry experience REQUIRED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
  • Typing 45 WPM
  • 2+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required
