Job Description

Well-established medical group in the Bronx is seeking a hands-on Executive Assistant to support a busy team. This person will need to be able to support 2-3 Vice Presidents with administrative tasks and must be comfortable in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Executive VP's calendar, handle extensive email and phone correspondence
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Assist VP of Operations with coordinating and scheduling appointments and travel coordination
  • Assist various marketing and operations staff with administrative functions
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ Years of administrative support experience required
  • Strong Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must present professionally
