Job Summary:
Looking for an eager and outgoing candidate who is highly motivated to work in a fast past environment.

Provides a variety of support activities including but not limited to:

Answer incoming and ring back calls in a courteous, timely and professional manner
Distribute incoming faxes
Sort and distribute mail
Prepare daily check log
Deposit checks to bank
Prepare outgoing mail
Front office scanning coordinator for incoming mail
Assist all other departments with assigned projects
Other duties as assigned

Required Competencies:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Individual MUST have the ability to multitask
Highly dependable and punctual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with incoming phones calls in a busy office environment
Experience with computers and a variety of business related software
Strong experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
