Job Description

Vaco South Florida is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our internal business development. The administrative assistant will need to be proactive in supporting the managing partner and sales team that will allow us to timely and effectively assist candidates with their career growth. To be successful in this position, this individual must possess proven ability to work in a very fast paced environment, have the excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, detailed oriented, must have job consistency/tenure, excellent writing skills, and college degree. Prior Administrative Assistant experience a must.

The ideal individual has to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as this person will be dealing with clients and candidates on a daily basis, strong organization and time management abilities.


  • 2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience a must.
  • Staffing experience preferred
  • Must have job consistency.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree necessary
  • Perform various administrative duties such as general office, human resources and customer service.
  • Assist the Managing Partner with scheduling, data entry, event planning, marketing and overall office organization.
  • Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Calendaring.
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Extremely detail oriented. Must be able to manage HIGH VOLUMES of paperwork, digital file maintenance, data entry, contract and document creation.
  • Must maintain a sense of flexibility in an ever changing, deadline driven environment.
