We are currently searching for an entry-level administrative assistant in Shelton! We need hardworking self-starters who are eager to learn! Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.


  • Source and qualify candidates utilizing CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Social Media, Job Ads and referrals
  • Assist team with daily tasks, such as screening, interviewing, coordinating, BullHorn entry, proofreading, and editing
  • Format candidate resumes- ensure work is free of errors prior to client submittal
  • Assist in daily sales activity, client coordination and correspondence
  • Research candidate pool as well as sales leads utilizing various tools
  • Onboard new employees
  • Book deals in applicant tracking system


  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, marketing, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A strong work-ethic, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor
