  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering incoming calls

  • Doing office work ALL OVER the company.
  • Securing the front door.
  • Partner with other divisions/jack of all trades!
  • Run errands for office as needed

Requirements:

  • 2 years of administrative support experience
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Proficiently with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
