Seeking an Administrative Assistant to join an established firm in the Richmond area.

Do you consider yourself to be task-oriented and possess a strong attention to detail?

Are you comfortable providing administrative support for a team in an office environment?

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for Managing Director
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, etc.
  • Maintain filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Handling multiple projects
  • Maintain office inventory
  • Resolve issues and problem solve
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office


  • Proven administrative or assistant experience required. Must have efficient time management skills and be able to multi-task. Proficient in MS Office. College degree preferred.
