Our client, located near Trenton, NJ is adding an Administrative Assistant to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Assisting the Office Manager and serve as the back up Office Manager as needed
  • Data Entry
  • Monitor and order Office supplies

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience handling A/P functions
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
