Job Description

Vaco has been engaged by a growing organization to identify an Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator will help manage the coordination and logistics of inventory management, as well as the receiving and shipping of goods. The Coordinator will also generate timely and accurate reports and communicate with various customers on a daily basis regarding the items. They will also enter data using Excel.

Candidates interested in the Administrative Coordinator must have at least three years of progressive administrative assistant experience, highly refined communication and organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented. Additionally, all applicants must have high computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint. Logistics experience is a HUGE PLUS!
