Job Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative/Research Assistant to join our Shelton Connecticut team. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Perform data entry
  • Must be comfortable making phone calls to both clients and candidates
  • Researching client information and entering all information into the database accurately
  • Special Projects as assigned

Qualification:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong time management and task prioritizing
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
  • Administrative support experience a plus
