Job Description

Vaco has been engaged to identify a candidate for an Administrative Specialist for an established financial services company in Birmingham, AL. This person will report directly to the Office Manager. This position will be responsible for assisting clients with all needs verbally and with written correspondence in a timely and responsive manner.

Responsibilities include:
  • Calendar management
  • Preparing various reports and memos for Advisors
  • Document preparation and modification
  • Communicate and coordinate with all clients if they have questions, concerns or problems
  • Backs up the receptionist as needed
Requirements:
  • Must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • All applicants MUST be advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills to complete daily responsibilities
  • Positive, go-getter type attitude
