Job Description

Growing Manufacturing firm is seeking a hands-on administrative training coordinator to join their busy team! Ideally, we are seeking candidates with 1+ years of administrative support experience who are very tech-savvy and able to pick up on systems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work with multi-media for use with online learning programs and live PPT presentations
  • Regulate playback volume for video files
  • Edit audio narration files
  • Web deployment of videos in learning programs
  • Use of Techsmith Snagit for graphics and video
  • Import audio to learning programs
  • Embed video from Wistia
  • Publish learning programs
  • Validate new learning program in Learning Management System
Requirements:
  • 1+ Years of Administrative/Technical support experience required
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to pick up on new systems
  • Interest in developing multimedia learning programs
  • Experience with Windows 10, Office 365
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
