AR / AP Manager
Irving, TX

Growing and collaborative team is searching for a analytics-driven AR / AP Manager. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of billing, AP and process improvement, along with the desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4-5 AR and AP employees
  • Oversee the completion manual invoicing, billing in system, managing any escalations
  • Work with team, Accounting management to ensure accuracy of billing, collections and accounts payable
  • Ensure that KPIs are implemented effectively and met consistenly
  • Identify areas for streamlining processes and developing enhanced analytics
  • Review accounts for errors, completing adjustments when needed
  • Utilize multiple systems and Microsoft Office
  • Display positive and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of A/R experience, including supervisory experience
  • Major ERP understanding, advanced Excel
  • Thorough understanding of manual Billing, Invoicing
  • Team player who works well in a changing environment
