Job Description

Our client in the services industry is seeking an AP Coordinator to join their team. This individual will work within the accounts payable group to deliver timely and accurate invoice processing and will also be responsible for:

  • Entering invoices into system and ensuring software tracking is in place.
  • Accurate processing of invoices from numerous vendors.
  • Accounting coding.
  • Cross-training within department.
  • Inquiry responses both internally as well as to vendors.

Accounts Payable Clerk Skills and Qualifications:

  • PC Proficiency
  • Hedberg software a plus
  • 3-5 years of AP experience a plus.
