A Westside tech company is looking for an AP Lead to join their team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the AP Lead will be responsible for processing 1099s, vendor set up, billing, check runs, coding, journal entries, accruals, expenses, and invoice matching.   • Approve invoices
  • Record payables
  • Audit transactions and invoice matching
  • Vendor management
  • Resolve purchase order issues
  • Review and reconcile monthly credit card and employee expense reports

What do you need for this AP Specialist role?

  • College degree (preferably in Business or Accounting)
  • 5+ years of AP experience
  • Experience with AP software
  • 3-way matching experience a plus
