Job Description

Seeking an AP Manager for a rapidly growing retailer! This is also a newly created role due to the sky-rocketing revenue of the company! The ideal individual will be compensated at an above market rate in addition to a generous bonus. The role includes perks such as decent W/L Balance, 10 PTO, 6 Sick, 401K match after 90 days. Eligible first of the month following first 30 days.


Must-have skills:

  • 5 years A/P experience
  • 2 years in A/P Supervisory role
  • Great Plains experience

Will review and code, will not process.

Supervise team of 3.


Consumer Goods, Retail, Multi-Location.

Job Duties:

- Full-cycle Accounts Payable

- High volume invoice processing

- Match, batch and code invoices

- Bank and credit card account reconciliations

- Reconcile AP

- Journal entries

- Accruals

- Audit and process expense reports

- 1099 maintenance

- Check runs and electronic payments
