Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience at a well-established company? Vaco has partnered with a fast growing, trendy company in El Segundo to help them find an Accounts Payable Specialist. This person will be responsible for maintaining Accounts Payable processes and Accounting procedures. This is a temporary opportunity that could become permanent. Experience with Oracle is MUST!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Reconcile company credit card accounts and work with HR in accordance with company policies
  • Organize and maintain accurate receipt records with appropriate documentation
  • Fixed Asset Accounting and Amortization schedules
  • Manage vendor contracts including W-9 and 1099 records
  • Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable
  • Maintain AP data files on the server
  • Must communicate & follow up effectively on vendor invoice issues

  • What Would Make You The Perfect Candidate:
  • 5+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Experience with Oracle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
