JOB SUMMARY

Vaco Technology is currently seeking a BA / QA Manager for a 3-6M C2H opportunity located in Carrollton, TX. The BA / QA Manager will be managing a team 8 BAs and 9 QA Testers. The BA / QA Manager is responsible for planning, designing, implementing processes and procedures and guiding Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Testers to successful project goals. The ideal BA / QA Manager will come from a background in API and Automated Testing and assist in determining the right tools to implement to begin migrating manual testing to automated, where possible (Selenium / Appium / SOAPUI / ALM / Rally / JIRA, etc.). The BA / QA Manager should possess experience working within and managing SCRUM / Agile Teams.

• Proactively Manage Team Efforts to Achieve Overall Goals
• Manage Medium-to-Large Projects / Initiatives
• Work with Cross-Functional Teams to Establish / Maintain Consistent Testing Methodology
• Experience Working Within a SCRUM / Agile Development Projects - Business Analysis / Website Development / RESTful Services / Mobile Applications (OnPrem / Cloud) / Cloud-Based Solutions, etc.
• Lead / Manage Ongoing Reviews of Business Processes / Developing Optimization Strategies
• Develop Project Plans / Manage and Monitor Performance
• Prioritize Initiatives Based on Business Needs / Requirements
• Report Progress Toward Goals / Revise Project Requirements / Documentation Applying Change Control Procedures, etc.
• Communicate with Counterparts / Business Partners to Ensure Continued Alignment with Project Objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BA / QA Manager - Managing 15+ Team Members
• API / Automated Testing Environment (Selenium / Appium / SOAPUI / ALM / Rally / JIRA, etc.)
• SCRUM / Agile Development / Testing Methodology
