As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support on a daily basis. You will act as the liaison between the bailbondsmen and all departments throughout the organization as well as outside partners and clients.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Maintain accurate records of bond estreatures and judgments
    - Enter bond forfeiture/estreature and judgment information into system.
    - Send forfeiture/estreature and judgment correspondence to agents.
    - Scan all documents onto the server and place in agent electronic file.
    - Send Open Forfeiture/Estreature/Judgment reports to agents, and save copies to file.
    - Monitor forfeiture/estreature/judgements status with on-going communication with responsible agent. Make notes in system.
    - Print judgments and transfer estreature reports (weekly). Contact agents daily regarding report until paperwork received from report.
    - Assist agents with questions or issues related to bond forfeitures/estreatures and judgments and payments requests.
    - Communicate with clerks of court to determine status of forfeited bond and/or judgments. Also work with agents and/or clerks to ensure timely resolution of open forfeiture/estreature or judgment.
    - Prepare paperwork for payment of forfeiture/estreatures and judgments.
    - Transfer calls during office hours. Transfer calls after hours as assigned.
    - Attend to other projects and duties as requested by Management.
