As an Banking Operations Analyst, you will analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for our client.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Ensure that Back Office tasks, including Consumer Identity Process (CIP) & Office of Foreign Asset and Controls (OFAC) are executed within all parameters and guidelines as outlined by the company compliance policies and practices.
  • Provide a level of quality, taking a proactive approach to identify and eliminate potential processing issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to research and resolve issues
  • Proactively identify any potentially fraudulent accounts and monitor for areas of risk
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in Retail Banking preferred, experience with opening bank accounts a plus.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and have an execution-focused approach.
