The Operations team performs day to day back office services provided to Employers, Banks in relation to their employer groups utilizing company software.


Responsible for executing the back-office workflow of the various support services units within the company as it pertains to Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Candidate must be creative, detail oriented, highly organized, self-driven and motivated to meet the growing needs of our organization.


* Ensure that Back Office tasks, including Consumer Identity Process (CIP) & Office of Foreign Asset and Controls (OFAC) are executed within all parameters and guidelines as outlined by the company compliance policies and practices.

* Provide a level of quality, taking a proactive approach to identify and eliminate potential processing issues

* Collaborate with other departments to research and resolve issues

* Proactively identify any potentially fraudulent accounts and monitor for areas of risk

* Other duties as assigned.


* Experience in Retail Banking preferred, experience with opening bank accounts a plus.

* Highly motivated self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Able to meet tight deadlines and have an execution-focused approach.
