Job Description

A well-known beverage chain is looking for a Benefits Administrator to assist with LOA's and supporting the department. This is a positive environment that encourages work/life balance. This is a contract assignment but could be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Qualified candidates MUST have:

- At least three years of benefits administrative experience
- Assist with open enrollment and HRIS systems
- Understanding of COBRA
- Experience with claim resolutions, reconciliation and invoice payments
- Advanced MS Excel
- Compensation experience a plus
- Quick learner, adaptable and able to work in a team environment
